Boise, the capitol city of Idaho is bursting with rich history and a healthy growing future. Originally settled by members of the Hudson Bay Company it was founded as a trading post along the Oregon trail. The French Canadians loving penned it as “Les Bois” meaning “wooded”. They found Boise to be the perfect oasis in the desert. Gold was discovered shortly after bringing a fresh wave of emigrants to the area looking to strike it rich. The city became the official territorial capitol of Idaho in 1864.
Fast forward 186 years and people are still seeking out Boise as that oasis in the desert. Since 2017 Boise has consistently been one of the fastest growing cities in America.
